If you’re here, you’re probably holding a lot together.
On the outside, things may look fine. You show up, you take care of what needs to be done, and you keep moving. But inside, you might feel overwhelmed, tense, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand — especially in your relationships or during a season of change.
That’s where my work comes in.
I work with women and couples who are navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and life transitions, often while carrying significant responsibility at home, at work, or in their families. Many of the people I see aren’t in crisis. They’re functioning — but they’re tired of feeling anxious, reactive, numb, or caught in the same loops over and over again.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I look at problems through a relational lens. That means we don’t just focus on what’s happening inside you — we also pay attention to patterns between people, roles you’ve learned to carry, and the ways past experiences continue to shape the present. When we understand those patterns, change becomes more possible.
My approach is values-based, practical, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR when appropriate, and Gottman-informed couples work, to help clients move toward lives and relationships that feel more steady and intentional. This isn’t therapy where you talk in circles or try to “fix” yourself. It’s a space to slow things down, get clear about what matters to you, and learn how to respond differently — with more choice and less emotional exhaustion.
Working together tends to feel grounded and real. I aim to be warm and direct, supportive without being prescriptive, and focused on helping you make meaningful shifts rather than just gaining insight. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, and you don’t need a major crisis to justify being here.
I provide therapy for women, couples, and families, and I offer both virtual sessions and in-person sessions in Mobile, Alabama. All sessions take place in a professional office setting to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
